01 · Audio

Loudspeaker systems & room tuning

Line arrays, point sources, subs, and architectural fills — sized to the space, rigged from existing structure where possible, and tuned to the room after install.

02 · Audio

Digital consoles & signal flow

Console install, channel mapping, snapshot programming, monitor mixes, and DSP routing — built around how the volunteers and staff actually run the room.

03 · Video

Projection, cameras & broadcast

Projectors and laser fixtures, PTZ camera systems, IMAG, switching, and the full broadcast chain for venues that stream or archive their services.

04 · Lighting

Stage & architectural fixtures

Moving heads, wash and key fixtures, tunable-white architectural, and effects — programmed with presets so the team can run the room without a board op every service.

05 · Control

Control surfaces & presets

Wall stations, touch panels, and one-knob solutions for spaces that need to be run by anyone — not just the AV team.

06 · Handoff

Training & documentation

Walkthrough training for the people who will run the system, written documentation for what was installed, and a phone line for after.

Proof of concept, on paper

You don’t have to take our word for it.

Every Pink Palace install is modeled in software before a single fixture is hung. Sound coverage, SPL distribution, acoustic treatment performance, and lighting photometrics are simulated against the actual room geometry — not eyeballed against a manufacturer spec sheet.

The output is a written report you keep: coverage maps, predicted SPL, acoustic recommendations, and lighting calculations. Proof of concept before execution, in your hands before approval.

From walkthrough to handoff.

01 · Discover

Walkthrough & report.

A site visit, conversation with the team, and a written assessment of what the room needs. Refundable on conversion.

02 · Design

Modeled in software.

EASE for sound, AGi32 for lighting, and a coverage report that shows what the install will actually deliver in the room.

03 · Install

Clean work, on schedule.

Install runs around the room’s calendar. Fixtures hung from existing structure where possible. Cabling routed clean.

04 · Stay

Training & support.

Walkthrough training for the volunteers and staff who run it. A phone line when something needs tuning, troubleshooting, or expanding.
