Jefferson Baptist runs full programs — a robed choir on risers, a worship band on stage, dual side screens, a packed congregation, and a Christmas service that brings in everyone who's been there all year and a lot of people who haven't. Whatever's at FOH has to hold all of that on a Sunday — and on Christmas Eve.
The room and its tech team came in with years of programs already dialed in. The job was to give them a console with the headroom and the workflow that fit how they were running services week to week.
