When we renovated our sanctuary we used Blaine with Pink Palace Media for all of our AVL needs. The equipment he recommended and sold us is top quality! The sound is amazing, the lights are abundant in quality and quantity, and the mixing console is set up to be very user-friendly.
The thing that we most appreciate is the customer service. The fact that he's been readily available to walk us through any changes we've had to make in the time afterwards is invaluable. As singers and instruments change, he's always been there to help troubleshoot how to optimize our system. When we experienced a lightning strike, he was there to help troubleshoot what equipment was affected. Good customer service is something that's hard to put a price tag on.
