Most projects with Pink Palace Media start the same way — a site visit, a conversation, and a written report. The room and the team tell us most of what we need to know.
Whether you’re planning a full system overhaul or trying to figure out why something already in the room isn’t working, the first step is almost always the same: someone needs to come look at the space.
A Pink Palace walkthrough is a site visit, a conversation with the team who runs the room, and a written assessment of what we found. For full installs, that assessment turns into a designed system — modeled in EASE or AGi32, with coverage maps and reports you keep. For targeted fixes, it’s a scoped proposal for the work needed, without overhauling what already works.
Either way: you get something on paper. Then you decide what happens next.
Documented observations from the walkthrough — the existing system, the acoustic conditions, the way the team currently runs the room, and what the calendar demands.
For full installs, coverage maps and SPL predictions from EASE, lighting calculations from AGi32, and acoustic treatment recommendations — a design you can see before approval.
A written path forward with line-item scope and pricing. Whether it’s a full install or a targeted fix, you have a document to compare against, share with leadership, and decide on.
You’re building a sanctuary, renovating a gym, opening a venue, or replacing a system that’s reached the end of its life. The walkthrough is where the design starts.
For full installs, the walkthrough fee folds into the project — it’s the first step of the design work, not an extra line item.
The system is mostly there, but something is off. Feedback in the room, video signal flow that drops, lighting that doesn’t recall presets, a console programmed by someone who left the team. The walkthrough finds the actual issue.
Sometimes the fix is small. Sometimes the report shows the system is past patching and a new design is the better path. Either way: you have the information to decide.
For most projects, the walkthrough itself is complimentary or refundable on conversion. If you go forward with the design and install, the assessment fee folds into the project. If the report finds that no work is needed, you owe nothing.
For larger scoping engagements — multi-room facilities, broadcast workflows, or projects requiring extensive on-site time and modeling — a fee is quoted up front and credited back against the install if you proceed.
The intent is to lower the cost of saying yes to a conversation, not to charge for a sales pitch. Everyone walks away with a useful document, whether or not the project ever happens.
Drop a note about the space and what you’re trying to figure out. We’ll set up a time to come see it — the conversation typically takes an hour, and the report follows within a week.
